He really takes the time to understand your personal goals and tailor every work out intentionally to work towards it. He has followed a very professional approach since our very first meeting. He is very flexible with my training and schedules sessions at my convenience either outdoors or indoors.
I used to stumble and fall down doing lunges initially. We have travelled together from that time and I am capable of doing lunges at ease these days.
