“So glad I was able to find Christian as my personal trainer. I initially found working out and fitness daunting overall but Christian quickly changed my outlook on fitness from his approach and guidance during our sessions.

He really takes the time to understand your personal goals and tailor every work out intentionally to work towards it. Christian’s enthusiasm and experience really comes through as he is effortless at keeping me motivated through and inbetween our sessions, whilst also educating me on different exercises and how to use equipment that was completely foreign to me.

Each session feels more challenging and time goes quick with Christian as he keeps our workouts varied and fun (I particularly love boxing)! I always feel a huge sense of accomplishment after every session, and noticed clear improvements in my strength and body in just a short space of time.

Signing up with Christian to guide me from the moment I stepped foot into the first gym I ever signed up for, was one of the best decisions I’ve made so far. The gym can be a very intimidating and daunting place for newcomers, however he removed all fear right from the first session! I felt confident that I could accomplish the goals I set myself.

With the time Christian was by my side, he made sure that we both understood my goals by stripping down my lifestyle and identifying all my weaknesses. From there he was able to prepare an individualised plan, suited for me. He introduced me to new equipment with step-by-step instructions and taught me how to target the muscles and areas I wanted. He included a personalised gym and food plan that took into consideration life outside of the gym, allowing the flexibility I required.

I only completed a few lots of sessions with Christian but as the weeks went by, I was seeing changes not only in fitness levels but in my physique and mental well-being. Not only did he change the way I now view the gym but he has helped me incorporate it into my lifestyle, making sure I was able to continue with my journey even after he was done.

Christian was always at hand, ensuring that my form was correct during exercises and pushed me beyond my limits with the right balance of positive reinforcement and aspirational goal settings. Sessions would fly by, with the motivating, challenging and enjoyable atmosphere he created.

Since then I have found myself getting stronger and fitter. I trained with Christian for 10 weeks. I honestly cannot recommend this guy enough. I didn't know what I was doing at the and he really showed me the ropes in the gym. He made me feel comfortable, showed me how to safely use the machines and was extremely motivating. His flexibility when booking made it even more worthwhile as I was only able to workout after work. I left every session feeling absolutely shattered but it felt like I accomplished something. He also integrated workout plans and food plans into my package which was incredibly useful.
